I would like to say Good Bye to all on the site...

Now that it is clear the stock will work its way up to my targets I need to spend more time on ohter things.

I will check in before quarterly earnings or after major events to give you my take but my targets are clear.  1.  I will review the day it hits 24. 2. I will review again and likely lighten up on my overbalnced positions when it hits 25. 3. At that point I will  determine what to hold for the longer term and 4.. If 25 is not reached by the end of this year I will look closely at the size of the dividend raise or other asset sale or growth factors to help me in any further reassessment.

When it hits 24 I will likely sell a partial number of contracts for additional option income but hold the bulk intact. 
Wishing everyone well.  This investment has been infuriating but is now solidly on track.  I may come back also when we celebrate each round number 24-28.

Time to break the addictive habit... Cheers all. John

John,    I want to acknowldege your excellent contribution over this excruciating exercise.   We have all been taught a lesson in patience and guts.  Those that have averaged down are laughing and those that didn't are feeling a lot better.  Those that  sold out and never returned,   well I hope you found something better to replace the  hit you took on
