Most stocks experience dilution and changes over time such as switching symbols, takeovers, combinations ect. Just looking at a share price from 5 years ago on a chart normally doesn't tell you anything about historical valuations without reading news releases and having some context. In this case, this stock was trading under the symbol TMM, Timmins Gold and there was a 10-1 reverse split, name change and ticker change last year. There has been lots of dilution over the years. Read the historical news releases. No one can explain this stocks history in a single post. It's called due diligence for a reason...
