RE:Back to where we were at beginning of week.1) They were really bad and the outlook is bad, cf wise. If Prime has to pay a licence fee + the capex, I see no material divis to Aoi in 2023. They'll try to make an acquisition in 2023, I guess...with debt (and if they're looking for 30k bpd, with dilution).

2) The strength is the Venus drill, market, buyback and 3/4B. Beside a short pop, I guess the downside with a bad Venus drill is bigger, than the upside with a normal drill. I stand by my opinion, that nowadays noone will pay Impact f.e. 1B for some oil 5-10years out in the middle of the earth. At best, they get their money back + x% carry. So maybe the fantasy is on a potential spin-out of the exploration stuff...and hopefully, they spin out KH too.
