Everyone hates reits especially office reits.
I believe things aren't coming to an end.  

( but investors, as usual will remain negative for sometime. )  I think it's over done.   Allied property has many options
 

maybe I am not going to catch the bottom.

everyone loved these when they were double the price now when they're on sale, everybody hates them doesn't make sense to me. 

 And I don't believe the higher interest rates will stay this high much longer.
cutting next year second half next year or earlier.

just my opinion!  

I've watched the analysts on BNN for more than 20 years and realize they're wrong more often than right. ( talking heads )   You have to go against the crowds.  - even when it feels terrible !! 
   

It's way more negative then during Covid  ( when the world was coming to an end )

I know rates where way lower... 


All I know is when people are most negitive I look to buy.!
