RE:RE:Earnings call is solid ! Yes, I totally agree with that. I wish they would consider buying shares back at this price. ( especially at discounted SP )
I do respect the fact that they're sticking to the actual business plan and their actual business. ( unlike so many reads that are selling assets at a bad time )
they are confident in their business and their superior properties and marketing abilities. ( giving tenants what they actually want. )
