In principle, I like swapping office for residential, but without numbers it is hard to know the impact. Anyone have any insights?

I was hoping someone would be able to compare the sq ft of what was gained and what was given up, apply a $ per sq ft for the different components, and provide a sense of the value of the office given up compared to the residential received.
