This would have been a problem if they ahd set the offering at SUB $15  and not at $17.10.  My guess is that this is a NON news item insofar as sp decline/rise is concerned and whatever the company sells is an added bonus to us all. They will use that extra $900 million to buy something in Q3-Q4. All's good!
