Erick Sprott was once asked what his best choice is if his precious metals stocks dont work out and he said utilities. It's often said utilities are good stable dividend investments compared to other sectors. One should avoid those blanket assumptions lol. It seems that you can get into as much trouble with these as anything else. I bought transalta 10 years ago at $22. Been around $12 ever ...more
