Rather, why not explain the viability of SpinCo under the management of those folks who previously managed Magino so very well, were ever so ethical with language as they conived behind the scences to concoct this thing with their buddies at Alamos--thinking of our gold digging community in terms of neighbors, this travesty is bordering on ince---no better not say that, but just about.
