Full details of the Transaction will be included in the meeting materials which are expected to be mailed to Argonaut shareholders in May 2024.
                     Lots of time for possible changes to this piece of garbage.  IMO

Maybe there will be a sweetener afterall. I want to know more details about current financial state as well as prospects for SpinCo or OldCo

Maybe there will be a sweetner.,, who knows!!  .I find it hard to believe that the big companies like  Barrick etc will  let a ready made mine complete with a new mill will  let Magino slip through their fingers with the price of gold going up daily..

Magino make Franco's  life easy only have to drive down   one road and talk soon with one company . They now deal with straight shooters . There no one coming to the show . Barrick has lots of other stuff to work on . This is Franco's  out . Franco just sitting at the office now starting to count the money . M.  I wouldn't entirely dismiss possibility of a Barrick bid;  Magino doesn't quite make the Tier 1 grade according to Bristow's guidelines but Barrick's Hemlo down the road isn't going to last forever and Magino might be suitable for them in a couple of years under their management.      In a statement last year, Bristow clearly defined what he views ...more

agree .....i cant see another Major coming along unless they make a bid for the whole shootin' match (seeing a need to be in this area or just generaly being in a mining friendly jurisdiction) of both Alamos and Argonaught. with Barick in the general area some synergies already exist especially it beeing an area play with Barrick just down the road and familiar with the lay of the land. the ...more
