From the Company website:
Dividends

Amerigo views common share dividends as an important part of a shareholder's return on investment. Amerigo's dividend policy, under normal circumstances and after taking into account the company's cash flow and short and long term needs and objectives, is to pay dividends averaging at least one-third of reported net earnings over a period of years. The declaration of each dividend, however, is in the discretion of the company’s Board of Directors, which reserves the right to adjust or terminate the declaration and payment of dividends from time to time according to the prevailing business environment and corporate cash requirements.

History of dividend payments is available on the company website.
