RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Commercial? With the recent insider buying of common shares by Martinez who bought hundreds of thousands of common shares recently, it shows more confidence.  If more insiders bought, that would help.

I agree they did lose trust of the market when they severely diluted the original shareholders. If some of the original share holders played the stock right, many of them could have recovered and profited with some patience over the last couple years.

What about Teck who invested heavily in coal 15 years ago and plunged from $60 to $4 before becoming a market darling a few years later . How about Apple when it cleaned out investors and got Steve Jobs fired . Do you thing investors should have stayed away forever ?"

Are you saying that every company that had a share price decline recovered subsequently?  Cuz it sounds like it... how about mentioning the bazillions of mining companies that went to zero over the years?  Instead of cherry picking a bunch of companies that recovered?  That would be a bit more objective, wouldn't it?

With my dose of skepticism having been expressed,  I am long the 2024s.  Management does appear to be doing a good job, but I am wary about trusting them too far (i.e. owning the common).

Maybe they could have negotiated a better deal for the debs extension that DIDNT totally wipe out share holders.  I'm sure a lot of old shareholders that got wiped out aren't real happy about how things turned out.
