RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:i start a new share position@Wayned52
maybe i am misunderstanding you, but by your statement "but these guys unload 10`s of thousand instantly and the price doesn`t change . Get real ."

i interpreted that statement as you saying the company bought up all those shares and that is why  the 10`s of thousand shares instantly disappeared without changing the price.
what would the company have to gain by not reporting their buys? they have an ncib out and buying back shares would be normal. doing a block buy would prevent all those shares from immediately driving the price down which is good for shareholders. they have nothing to gain by not reporting company buybacks, but everything to lose by committing a crime of violating securities rules.
if somebody else bought those blocks, that is not a crime either.

i get that you are angry that they sold a lot of shares. i don't like it either, but insider sales is nothing unusual in these markets and certainly not a crime. looking at other companies, it is not unusual that a group of people sell around the same time. they chose a good time to take profit when both the gold price and share price was relatively high. options have an expiry date, so they have to be exercised at some time if they are in profit. what difference does it make if they do it earlier or later?

when you said "your position has always been that anybody who doesn`t agree with you is wrong."
i agree with you most times, with how undervalued gcm is etc. the last 2 times i disagreed with you was when
you complained that gcm should report production every 3 months. you said that several times in the past and i kept silent until recently saying i liked every 1 month because i don't want to wait 3 months. that is a difference of opinion and there is no right or wrong answer to that. was i wrong to voice my opinion?
you stated several times in the past that it was easy to contact serafino. i remained silent about that until recently stating my own experience of not getting any email reply from him. was i wrong in speaking out about what happened to me?

i strongly disagreed with Northforce13 when he made non sensical statements like
gcm would lose $200 mil from selling marmato (in the cc they said they were selling that portion of marmato at the same as its cost so how can they lose $200 mil?)
poof master serifino 10 years ago had a company go poof, therefore gcm will go poof too.
people don't want to hear his warnings that expanding segovia is a big negative.
was i wrong in disagreeing with him?

when you disagree with somebody, isn't your position always that the other person is wrong too? that is why you disagree in the first place.
why would anybody have a disagreement if they thought the other person was right? that does not make any sense lol

Wayned52 wrote: invest 234 , explain to me anywhere else you have seen blocks of insider shares that are larger than the daily average volume appear then disappear at full ask price with in a few seconds . This stock has never had that many buyers in a day . Many times somebody will sell a few hundred shares at the market and knock the price down 4% but these guys unload 10`s of thousand instantly and the price doesn`t change . Get real .  That business about insider having a thousand reasons to sell is hog wash . Why couldn`t they feed them on to the market like any sane person would do ?  I asked the company that and they said it`s up to the individuals .   These guys shouldn`t be that desperate . They are all very well paid .    We had huge momentum up to that point . When they kept doing it all our momentum disappeared even though gold stayed high for an other two months .
