TOU created Topaz to unlock value. It will take time for ARC to reap the benefits of 7 Generation merger. It will take a few quarters for the market to acknowledge the benefits based on bottom line performance.

I concur that ARC currently has more upside potential. ARC’s scale is now approaching that of TOU. This should attract more institutional investment.
