When Russian sanctions imposed by the EU kick in Oil and NG are going up.

Not sure how that  TTF NG gas cap is going to work but I am guessing it won't.

Capping energy is a government subsidy.  You can't legislate a fixed price or they will just sell it somewhere else. 

It doesn't really affect ARX too much in the long run anyway
