Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

I agree that no wise company would go in at the minimum.

My reading of the word 'potential' is related to the legalese language of material change - can't say going to do something without board approval then an announcement hence the reason for word 'potential'.

If 'potential' is read as buying time then that is a negative - Antibe has had lots of time. We know that the secutities lawyer had the application ready to file - it just needs a date and press send.
