Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Grant of options

ok so 56 cents was the actual price of the stock when the company was handing out these grant options. what i am wondering is what are employees paying for them are they getting them at a discount, are they getting them for free? this is what i can not find information on. for sure they are not paying full price otherwise why would you want them when you can pick them up yourself on the open market. and now might even be cheaper than whatever there discount was hahaha.
