Antibe Therapeutics Inc(Pre-Merger) T.ATE

Primary Symbol: ATBPF

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:RE:RE:Any predictions

RE:RE:RE:Any predictionsThink about this Duster ... not everyone will convert warrants to shares (as you suggest).

Here's why ...

Very recently, I was buying shares between 45 and 50 cents.
That was a great deal as far as I was concerned.
So, if I have warrants at $1 and I took full advantage of the recent year to load up - why would I need to buy at a dollar ?

The only reason why I would exercise those warrants would be to quickly convert them into shares and sell them off for free money.  But what price would I need ... to ensure I make money?  I'd want share price to be north of $2.

Why would I buy using my warrants at $1 if I can buy under a dollar right now?

Something big would need to happen and perceptions of the company would need to change during January-February for me to exercise those warrants and keep the shares.

Let's just wait and see if it's nothing - or - something.
