Great Week

Great Week

Solid week for us, scratching 0.95 today, we should be challenging the 52week high soon.

Will be interesting if we can close on the REFI before months end. Seems our current bonds pricing well in the market.  Bond market has more faith vs stock market when it comes to the oil stocks (just look at pricing and terms of new offerings).

I can tell you the generalist fund manager ie. dividend mutual funds are adding energy stocks to their holdings. Dividends + FCF + Buybacks are too irresistible to them. Boomers are desperate for yield. And tell me what better inflation protection yield play is there than a dividend paying energy company.

WTI poised to hit new 52w highs in short order.

Strong hands will be rewarded. The future looks bright.
