Comparing numbers from LXE.V & ATH.T

I was just reading the take over numbers of LXE.V by VET.T.  The best current current production that I could get and make sense is that LXE.V is currently producing about 5,000 bbls/equiv/day (putting aside the shuda/wouda/couda numbers that they are spinning) if we take the reported aquisation price of $475,000,000 that works out that VET.T paid about $95,000 per current flowing barrel.  Using those numbers for ATH.T, they are reportly producing around 33,000-35,000 bbls/dy (average 34,000) times $95,000 you come up with approximately #3.2 billion.  Removing the debt of approximately $500,000,000, divide this by the number of outstanding shares (approximately 525,000,000 shares, you come up with $5.23/share.  Eric N. in his last plug on BNN, put a value of $4.31/share

Montney is in vogue though. People pay a premium for that (see below)
