Edwards supervise les services professionnels qui ont degage  un profit net avant lnterets, taxes et amortissement de 693m l'an passe, ce qui est tres tres respectable. L'appreciation du titre viendra par le short squeeze. Il faut que chacun de nous achete et collectivement on y gagnera tous. J'ai fait et fait ma part chaque jour. Pas pour faire plaisir a personne mais a moi meme, parce que le titre vaut 50-60$, ne serait-ce que 40$ et il vaudra 100$ dans quelques annees si Tetratech ou une autre firme ne l'achete pas. The problem here too is that Edwards seems too soft spoken and maybe too soft in his approach too. The problem now is if someone pays a 50% premium on the stock price that only amounts to $33 a share.  If the price drops below $20 then the take over price could be under $30. The stock price has to rise before the LSTK is completed.  The worst case scenario is a further reduction in the share price and a lower premium offered.

Shareholders will not accept to sell. This has happened many times before.  As soon as an offer is received, say at 30$, the stock will climb to 25-28$. The shareholder vote will reject the offer. The buyer may sweeten or another white knight would step in.

Je suis du meme avis que toi Final SNC est victime d'une grande manipulation, tres peu de vendeur malgre la panique... L'entreprise a presque termine sa transformation, elle est de plus en plus solide (LSTK de moins en moins present et reclamation a venir), rentabilite en hausse... Les ratios de SNC seront comparable aux pairs d'ici 1 an, d'ou une valorisation de pres de 50
