Used to read the comments here, but it has gone really quiet lately...Have you all sold the shares?

I'm out but wish I wasn't - had to raise money for the kid. Things looking very positive here on all fronts and if the price remains steady (I expect it won't and will continue the slow, steady rise) I'll get back in if one of my laggards recovers to saleability. Yes, I know, opportunity cost: a tough thing to evaluate, except in hindsight, lol.

Thanks. After such a long time in the hole I ended up doing reasonably well on the investment, considering the number of options I managed before half got picked up in May. Then I sold the rest when the June options expired. Still, I think I left a lot on the table. However, helping the kids into the housing market in this environment is certainly more rewarding.

It's NEVER a bad idea to sell to make some profits. Congrats ! Still holding my 100K shares until market recognizes full value of this company In my book, this means 45$+ End of H2 and H1 2024 are going to be interesting

I want To get full value out of SNC. I still Think it has a way to go. As for the housing market - there will be better entry points down the road. Yesterdays article on cottage prices is hopefully a sign that the cracks are appearing. How many mortgage renewals will there be within the next 2 years? There will be a lot of distressed single family homes coming to market.
