I have prepared to lose everything, so I am not afraid of turning down the proposal. MNG Gold also. Currently, they are just intimidating the small share holders.
Unfortunately, some small share holders knelt down their knees and is begging MNG to have something left over to eat.
Miserable people. It seems if MNG wants 90% of shares at price of 1 Canadian penny, you will accept, Right?
