I have some shares but I will vote for no to the proposal

I have some shares but I will vote for no to the proposal. It's extremely low price 1.5 penny per share for new fundraising. MNG gold is too greedy and they should take over the company. I don't support the take-over waive. For the guys holding shares, one possible solution is buy some more and level down the cost, in next month, vote against the proposal.

Im Voteing in favor along with many other holders I know. Are you seriously not seeing the value of no debt and lower operating costs. Paired that with new co listing and solid fundamental financial statements. I need to calculate what my estimated fair exit price will be because after name change we are going see huge upside.

I agree , voting against equal bancruptcy . This MNG investment is the best way for Aureus to go ahead with a clean balance sheet .  Long term investment , GLTA

1.5 pence per share , not pennys. So placement is closer to 2.5 cents CAD per share. I'm assuming this should make the new bottom for a while.  It's a hell of a lot of shares though!!!!

I think MNG Gold too greedy. Previously I thought MNG would swallow all the assets, and nothing left for the current shareholders. They still have a little bit mercy as human beings. But if you have read the history when half of Europe under Turkey's sword, I should admit that they are making progress and more civilization. I don't object to issue more shares, but share price for ...more

MNG are not amatuers ,  they will own 77% of the company, which make the float small, assuming an eventual reverse split,      if they mine 100K ounces at under $800 cost,  own everything outright, this will be much higher in a couple quarters time time ....

I agree with you louisc 100% right but i estimate we see sp increases as soon as we new CO. This treetop guy is obviously ametuer that probly got burnt buying at the top. Im with the recent and new investors that are entering at this point and this price. Hands down money maker. I have huge position on and am so confident in it. Not even phased by any background junk noise. This is massive deal ...more

OK,   treetop has been a basher here for a while, only shows up when something negative happens, but whatever ...  this should be the absolute bottom here ....

I have prepared to lose everything, so I am not afraid of turning down the proposal. MNG Gold also. Currently, they are just intimidating the small share holders. Unfortunately, some small share holders knelt down their knees and is begging MNG to have something left over to eat. Miserable people. It seems if MNG wants 90% of shares at price of 1 Canadian penny, you will accept, Right?

My vote along with other associates will probly cover enough of the vote. Not sure why your so against the turks. They are a mighty empire, as for MNG how smart are they for making this move its genius basically taking money from right to left pocket and just increasing their assets. Gotta tell you I am hyped about such good news. Cant wait for the new CO hold till after december and you will be ...more
