They are a mighty empire, as for MNG how smart are they for making this move its genius basically taking money from right to left pocket and just increasing their assets. Gotta tell you I am hyped about such good news. Cant wait for the new CO hold till after december and you will be more than satisfied. Number of shares is hardly an issue intrinsic value and financial statements are what matter. After The co changes they are going to look prime for any investors. Not to mention next Q is going be looking very attractive. Few new users posting on here trying discredit me and AUE and MNG they are just ametuers that probly took a loss on AUE and are venting. They dont realize the value injection we just got. Think of this why have current management in charge if they are willing to allow another company (MNG) take majority ownership? Its obviously MNG is the smarter team of the two and id much rather be with the smarter team than the lesser of the two. This is going make big winners just wait for it! best of luck
