Taking money from left pocket and putting it in right pocket. Also we can use as tax write off or even secure funding if needed. Its alot easier to loan against equipment. As for amount of shares its high but its not an issue using fundamentals as key indicator is what inst and investors are looking for. AUE released that we will still be traded publicly but it will be under a new ticket. This will be done in DEC they gave a very complete timeline. Look at historical SP and tell me how back then the price was justified in comparison to how it will be after dec in reguards to fundamentals.
