Going to be a big stockpile!

Approx 7500million shares, after all transactions, at 0.015 CAD wil create a market value of 118MCAD. Compare that value with other companies with the same production, there are several with lower SP. High risk that the short term will give 0.01 as new level! AUE have a lot to prove to get a higher SP.

7500million shares?   The placement to MNG and instos is 3.9b and IF they need , an extra .5b shares that existing shareholders can chime in on.   And it's 0.015pence not CAD.  So yes it's huge dilution but not nearly as dire as your numbers

Under the terms of the Broker Option, the Company may also issue up to a further 540,000,000 Shares." Nevertheless it's still a big pile of stamp priced shares and it will still swing violently in ...more

Does that mean existing shareholders will be bought out you think?

If rhere is such a high ownership as 88% one can wonder if such a company is public when the rest of other share holder is only 12%. I suspect that a buyout is very possible if MNG decides to do that.

LOL always on the negitive side robot? lets guess it goes to $0.07 fundamentals have only improved along with production etc. Going in house all we are doing is using that raised money to add equipment to our balance sheet. Taking money from left pocket and putting it in right pocket. Also we can use as tax write off or even secure funding if needed. Its alot easier to loan against equipment. As ...more
