The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. RE:warrants.Good luck to us both TOTR.  At the present moment, I'm more fearful of the POG than I am of negative news on AVK.  It's cheap though so I'm in no rush to sell.  I think this is one of the better ways to play an upside reversal without huge downside risk.  Time shall tell.  Positive financing news, warrant exercise, a drilling update - all are potential fundamental catalysts to kick start a move back above 30.  Once the knitwit money managers are done chasing the freight train that ran them over since the election, the conventional stock market will breathe and gold should catch a bid.  Between now and about the 20th though, I don't see much to support it......  but I don't know jack like the rest of you.  We are all just handicapping probabilities as no one knows the future.
