The Fund’s investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. The investment advisor of the Fund is Advent Capital Management, LLC.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Worth the strong premium to AGG?Treetroll why don't your enlighten the board and expand upon the following statements re: your comments on AGG:

- "it is improbably optimistic"  - what specifically are you referring to that is "improbably optimistic"??

- "dependent on an unproven process"  - what specifically is the "unproven process" with a gravity-CIL circuit?? 

As for Treetroll's comments  "The company is essentially dormant and could be forced to sell its only asset at a discount at any time, or else go bankrupt"  that is pure speculation on his part.

Comment to krrrr  -  yes AGG's current reserve is small, just over 500K oz's but the resource is 2MM+ oz and wide open. ~ $1MM in drilling would double AGG's reserve. They will eventually drill Kobada out but the focus now is production financing.
