RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thunder BayAvalon had approximately 95 million shares back in 2011, now the shares outstanding is around 400 million. Hence roughly 4 times the shares today in 2021 then back in 2011.
Math wise - if AVL traded approximately 2 dollars to 10 dollars in 2011 would need to divide by 4 presently to get todays market value. Hence, .50 to 2.50 would give same market value approximately.
Unfortunately, AVL diluted the share holders another 300 million shares and many at rock bottom prices included a placement at .09 in Aug 2020.
Going forward - a finanical placement will need to be done in 2021 and strongly believe AVL will need to do some type of restructuring i.e. 10 to 1.
My opiinon these reasons are keeping the share price at present levels.
