Thunder Bay

Don Bubar is also Chairmen on the Board for Imperial Mining Group IPG.V supporting and advising them with his knowledge and experience in the field of Rare Earth extraction technics and technology. This company has had some impressive moves lately. Hope it will spill over to our AVL soon.

Very little has been forthcoming regarding Avalon teaming up with Rock Tech in Thunder Bay and their plans to build a converter plant.
Just wondering with Rock Tech pro suing opportunities in Germany, talking refinery converting lithium oxides into battery grade chemicals hydroxide for the cathode used in batteries. Does anyone have more info on Thunder Bay proposals.

Unbelievable, Rock Tech luring in Billionaires in Germany, stock is up 42 % this am.

I've noticed the same thing and a person would think this would be spilling into share price for Avalon.   My concern is the partnership with Rock Tech Lithium and what is totally involved.  You would think this partnership should be beneficial to both companies in terms of share price.  Perhaps they share some synergies and revenue generated is done proportionally or in ...more

My 2 cents.  RCK has moved purely based on speculation around release of tech billionaires investment.  Not to say that isnt a good thing at all.  We could use the same. LOL  I share the interest/concern regarding the form of the RCK partnership - if it even translates to anything.  I am still convinced AVL is going to be the beneficiary of government support for the ...more

Do you recall what the market cap was back in the height of the excitement that Nechalacho was going to be developed?
Comment by toppgunn on Jan 14, 2021 9:10pm
Avalon had approximately 95 million shares back in 2011, now the shares outstanding is around 400 million.  Hence roughly 4 times the shares today in 2021 then back in 2011.   Math wise - if AVL traded approximately 2 dollars to 10 dollars in 2011 would need to divide by 4 presently to get todays market value.  Hence, .50 to 2.50 would give same market value approximately ...more

I like seeing the buyer interest at .14 pushing .15 and am hoping for some near term gains. I do agree that a 10-1 might be in order at some point this year though. I'm exited to see how the plans with Rock Tech will develop and hope more detail is shared sooner than later.
