when you are in such a powerful position as Avant Brands you don't get "taken over" you do the hostile takeover. Buy outs are for struggling companies as a last ditch effort to capitalize on the funds available to continue enriching high level executives. Thanks for reply. It all comes down to who has the most votes, and a big offer from a company like Sundial could succeed. as for Nort he is doing a great job and so are the two Dave's, but Nort doesn't get the respect he should from the banksters.
