Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:Business UPDATE NR from AX.UN = CopyIt's nice to see management picking up shares at these levels.  However, the recent rent collection figures were disappointing to me.  I thought they were collecting more than April,  the numbers certainly do not back that up.

I also noticed that Artis has been underperforming other reits in the past couple of weeks.

I'm long and hoping for some serious unit appreciation in the near future + 7.5% distribution.
