This will not be a one

and done takeout price . If they did get an offer which I suspect they did this will just get the ball rolling .

It's not a bid to take it private by management because they would have had all the financing in order and announced their intentions as soon as it was halted .

No news for 3 days so I suspect management spent the weekend preparing their own bid after shoring up the financing .

All we need to do is sit back and let the boys fight over us .
