The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Strange that everything was't done at the same time. l do recall them saying the cash portion would be paid out "as soon as practicable" after announced payable date, whatever the heck that means. l have not received cash nor shares thus far. Can't imagine different brokerages would impact payout timing. Likely next week then if some have already received cash. Hoping for a breakout next week also.
