RE:RE:Regarding FCRManji's position is that a large number of properties could realize more if sold en bloc, rather than piecemeal.  This makes economic sense:  the buyer of such a block would wield some degree of monopoly power.  Every property sold before the shareholder meeting erodes the monopoly power of whatever block ultimately remains.
