RE:MANJI MAKING A RRSP CONTRIBUTION

RE:MANJI MAKING A RRSP CONTRIBUTIONThank you for sharing that SNAKEYBOY. Both Artis and Dream Office trade at roughly half NAV. Artis would rather purchase FCR which trades at a much smaller discount to NAV.

CatchTheDip explained earlier that with Dream Office on the office portion of the REIT which excludes the DIR stake "We get $23 NAV of D for $9.20."  That's a 60% discount to NAV. "$25 NAV after Eglinton for $9.20" is a 63% discount to NAV on the office portion. Absolute madness. Dream Industrial European rents are usually indexed to inflation too so between that and the acquisition of Summit Industrial, things look promising for a good Q1 2023 for DIR which might make these NAV discounts on Dream Office even more extreme.
