BTB REIT

BTB REITMaybe Artis should learn something from BTB REIT.   Small cap REIT with 58% debt.....tades at $3.28/$4.50 BV = 70%.  Also a diverfisied REIT.

BTB and other REITS are reducing office and going overweight industrial, artis did the opposite- Sold industrial to go overweight office.

Simple structure, acting like a REIT, growing through incremental small acquisitions of industrial properties. Nothing fancy.  Just a maintaining and improving AFFO through growth.

I wonder if Manji started 2 years ago by selling some office/retail and moving towards a more industrial heavy REIT what the SP would be now....my guess is a lot higher than $7!
