The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Also every quarter for perhaps the next 8 AFFO will get worse as interest costs mount . Any kind of SIB(they can afford?)won't help too much , dream office sib only helped 1 cent on ffo... in this environment where cash is king I would never do the sib and would in fact slice divy in half until you make a big sale of assets without taking a massive capital loss
