Imagine..

In 2022 Samir sold 1b in artis assets had a great balance sheet and could now have 300m to buy public securities. He would be a kid in a candy store. He said this was the environment he wanted, too bad he mistimed it by a year and is handcuffed with debt and illiquid office.
