Me and manji think alikeWe both knew going back to summer that we'd continue to get flushed on this higher for longer, inflation going back up narrative. I obviously didn't sell because I'm long and held out optimistically. We both know that even if a rally is in order every few months that it'll be short lived. It's sell everything in private market and come out with 11 to 13 depending on the nuances and cleverness of manji marketing the reit or assets. Tough medicine as he calls it. But needs to be done. Dead money is not an investing strategy. Don't fight the fed.
