Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I don't really think the strategic review would necessarily have anything to do with a distribution cut as part of its process. That is not to say that consideration couldn't be given in the overall grand scheme of things going forward. Having said all of that, I personally do not believe a cut is in the cards here, for the least of which it would cause considerable pain to insiders, although that would hardly be a reason not to. As for updates on the review, I really don't think you hear much until something is there. I believe somewhere in the original announcement they had suggested they would not further comment until such time as the review was complete, which likely means "no tickee no washee", no updates till process ends.
