Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:Buckle up!Was it really a positive report though? Full time employment falling and most "new jobs" were low paying seasonal. In any case, I have sold my REITs today to mitigate the stressors to my daily life which have become interuptive and took tax losses to buy the magnificent 7 which appear steadfast in all parts of the economic cycle. It was nice to meet you all here but I now must join SnakeyBOY in exile.
