RE:RE:Buckle up!

RE:RE:Buckle up!So I was going to make a short post to this extent but just as well reply here. I had wondered aloud in my last post if we might just see an intraday reversal, while there is still time left to screw it up, looks like we are trying to make a move. As noted, I hate good news being bad news. If you really think about it, today's "good" news really is good news. Yes we get the knee jerk, yes it will keep the rhetoric going with the Fed but at the end of the day, it makes the economy stronger, earnings better, likelihood of recession less. Provided we can stay on a downward trajectory on inflation, these job numbers are just fine. Wait till jobs market rolls over, everyone will be crying about pending recession.

The one worrisome factor is when someone quite in tune like Este gets down on this stock, I start to wonder and worry! While I believe the road ahead will remain rocky for reits, we WILL be looking back at these days wishing we had accumulated more down here (well some of us). Now lets see if we can get that reversal today................................would weight large into next week.
