The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. It would make sense and probably a likelihood US. yeilds go down tomorrow. There will probably be a fair bit of noise here in the next while. While this would theoretically be beneficial for reits in the near term, it may however be deemed inflationary by the talking heads, que the higher for longer rhetoric. Interesting tug of war.
