Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:Not sure how this one is not tankingIf Manji sold the industrial at NAV it would reduce the REIT's entire liabilities (credit facility & debentures) and still leave us with $136 million in cash plus retail + office + private securities + residential of which is 300 Main. An extremely low leverage REIT with nothing but the outstanding mortgages of which may get a better multiple. Lending costs may also be lowered by emcumbering the assets. All hypothetical and wishful thinking but likely doable. Not sure what his plan is.......

Insane how nobody else is seeing the opportunity here.
