Don’t stress have a longer term view

Don’t stress have a longer term view

- Number 1 reason big boys move the table and they don't get into the sector until they see it's on an upswing.

- not to be so obvious but until interest rates are actually 100% coming down it's hard to change the negitive impacts on reits.

- Government bond yields need to come down further. ( 10 year yield )

- and because the reit sector is mostly down 30% / 65%  or more specially the ones like Office.

Tax loss selling....   I think it's early this year but you still have to wait for the year to end.     Late Dec.

in the meantime, you buy on the dips and you hold your conviction ( these properties aren't going anywhere ) and have many options.

( no matter what all the Talking Heads say the sector is massively oversold and will come back ).  It doesn't happen over night.

I do believe that entire sector is in a bottoming out phase.  Looks like it in the charts.

patience that's it.  Better you look towards the new year instead of trying to figure out every day why it's still selling off.

just my 2 cents again.   One day this sector will not be so negative....   but until then.     Buy now and have patience......
