RE:52-week intraday low $5.82

RE:52-week intraday low $5.82saw this stuff in other sectors, notably energy, where stocks didn't at first suddenly move the associated equities. into tax loss selling season as rates plummet, inflation rolls over and we closer to the cut cycle with still good fundamentals seems like a good place to be. the final couple weeks here is unpredictable but tough to be bearish beyond december. investment mangers likely looking to cycle into what will benefit from a cut cycle, as will income seeker as their GIC yields fall, reits are a natural place. two years of non stop brainwashing about how bad CRE is has done its damage on REITs.

low volume capitulation with thin liquidity and few buyers in a consolidating range isn't the worst place to be in my view. looking for much better within the next month or two, the start of a cyclical trend.
