Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

doesn't matter much to me as i didn't invest for such a period. i entered reits when i thought reits were close to topping out. had i waited a few more months i would have done much better but still doing not too bad except in one name which still has good fundamentals. prefer to trade a cyclical sector like this with the inflation/rate cycle and rotate elsewhere when valuation get stretched.

this is the best time possible to invest in reits for anybody new and they will be very 'satisfied' in 3-years that they made the decision today.
