RE:Has anyone noticed?

RE:Has anyone noticed?what i've noticed is artis is becoming increasingly illiquid with little published lots for sale making the stock sensitie to moves. the smart money was buying during the reit bloodbath. edgepoint is very good at picking up stocks about to be acquired at premiums (see hammerhead in the past few months) so they know something is up. impressive they got 10% of the units without moving the unit price.

overall we almost out of tax loss selling and i'd expect volatility to go down even further given the ncib was just renewed in addition to the expected ending of tax loss selling pressure.

cyclical high is gone in rates and we now on the decline likely stimulating new inflows into rate sensitive stocks - like artis, in my view.
